The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Property Lawyer (Senior Associate / Special Counsel) to step into a genuinely career-defining role within a highly regarded Melbourne-based commercial firm.
You will work closely with an exceptional Partner on large-scale development projects, advising across the full lifecycle, from acquisitions and structuring through to delivery, leasing and complex transactions. The work is sophisticated, varied and often involves major residential, mixed-use and infrastructure-linked developments, including collaboration with government and private sector stakeholders.

About You

5+ years PAE, ideally more, in property law or property development

Strong experience across development work, acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and major projects

Comfortable working on complex, multi-party transactions

Commercially minded with strong drafting and client-facing skills
