Our Process.


In Person Brief

We will speak with all decision makers to obtain a detailed brief of the position and candidate profile.

Attract & Promote

We will conduct a search of our legal talent database and maps of the legal market to identify the best candidate for the position.

We will also promote the position and attract talent through our extensive legal networks, candidate relationships, executive searches, ongoing referrals, advertising, marketing campaigns, sponsored legal events and networking events.


Screen, interview and shortlist

We will screen and interview all candidates based on your brief to us and provide a shortlist of candidates to you.

Facilitate the candidate connection with you

We will arrange first and second round interviews with shortlisted candidates.

Upon selection of your preferred candidate, we will also complete two reference checks for your approval prior to putting forward any offer to the preferred candidate.

Manage recruitment to placement

We will act as the main point of contact for you and all candidates to ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly with minimal impact on your time.

We will also provide feedback to all unsuccessful candidates.
