About The Role

We now have a new opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us at Gatehouse.

We are looking to appoint a new team member who is a high performer driven to succeed and  grow, and wanting more from their career and shares our core values. 

You will gain access to our high performance training and development programs and first class resourcing team which supports the consulting teams ongoing success. For those from different recruitment sectors we will teach you all you need to know about the legal profession.

You will work alongside other high performing recruitment consultants in Victoria’s leading recruitment firm, who are highly experienced business professionals, who will be your team mates and you will have a dedicated coach assigned to you to work with you to maximise your potential. 

We will work alongside you to help you take your professional growth and development as a  person and business professional to the next level.

About You

You must have:

• At least 3 years experience in recruitment agency or HR; and
• Proven track record of achieving targets and excelling in a fast-paced environment.
