The Opportunity 

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a well-established fast growing national mid-tier law firm. You will have access to flexible working arrangements with a requirement of a minimum 2 days in the office. Open door policy across the firm with continuous learning and development programs and a pathway to Partnership will be available.

You will work directly with a well-respected Partner who practices exclusively in Australian employment, workplace relations and safety law on the employers side. You will have autonomy over your own workload which will contain a mix of employment advisory and employment litigation matters.


On Offer

On offer is;

  • Salary range of $120,000 – $140,000 + access to a bonus structure;
  • Autonomy over your own workload;
  • Career advancement opportunities and learning and development programs; and
  • Flexible working arrangements with the ability to work 3 days from home if you choose.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

 

  • Minimum of 2 years PAE experience in Employment Law on the employers side. Candidates with more experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
