The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity is available for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join a highly regarded insurance litigation practice in Melbourne.

This is a senior-level role for an experienced insurance litigator who enjoys working on complex defendant matters and wants the opportunity to take on high-quality work, work closely with experienced practitioners, and play an important role within an established team.

The practice has a strong focus on public liability and defendant personal injury litigation, acting for a range of insurers and insureds across complex and commercially significant matters.

About You

You will be an experienced insurance litigation lawyer with a strong background in defendant personal injury and/or public liability matters.

Ideally, you will have:

  • 6+ years’ PAE
  • A solid background in public liability and defendant personal injury litigation
