Property Lawyer | 2–3 PAE | Mid-Tier Commercial Firm

We are working with a highly regarded mid-tier commercial law firm seeking a Property Lawyer to join their growing team on a hybrid basis. The firm has a strong reputation in property and commercial law and offers a hands-on, partner-led environment with excellent exposure across transactional and advisory work.

About the role

This is a broad property-focused role offering exposure across conveyancing, leasing, property-related disputes, and general commercial matters. You will manage your own matters with appropriate support from senior lawyers in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:

• End-to-end management of property and commercial matters

• Conveyancing and transactional work

• Commercial and retail leasing matters

• Assisting with property-related disputes

• General commercial law exposure

• Drafting, client liaison, and settlement support

About you

• Approximately 2–3 years’ post admission experience

• Strong background in property law (conveyancing and/or leasing essential)

• Exposure to disputes or broader commercial work highly regarded

• Confident managing matters independently with strong attention to detail

• Commercially minded with strong client communication skills

Remuneration

$125,000 – $135,000 + superannuation, depending on experience.
