These opportunities are available across boutique, mid-tier, national, and global law firms, providing exposure to a variety of property-focused teams and practice environments.

About the Roles Depending on the opportunity, responsibilities may include:

• Providing high-level legal support to property and commercial property lawyers and partners

• Managing property files from opening through to completion

• Preparing and formatting legal documentation and correspondence

• Assisting with conveyancing transactions, settlements, and property matters

• Supporting commercial property transactions, leasing, and development matters

• Conducting property searches and managing relevant documentation

• Liaising with clients, agents, authorities, and external stakeholders

• General file management, billing, and administrative support

About You We are interested in speaking with candidates who have:

• Previous experience as a Property Legal Assistant, Conveyancing Assistant, Legal Secretary, or Property Paralegal

• Exposure to commercial property, conveyancing, leasing, real estate, or property transactions

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and client service skills

• The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy legal environment

• A proactive and team-focused approach
