The Opportunity
We are working exclusively with a specialist CBD firm to identify an excellent lawyer with experience in Property Law or Property Finance for their team.
You will work collaboratively on a range of Finance, Property and related Commercial matters. Take responsibility for your own work with autonomy and access to clients, in a supportive environment.
While the ideal candidate will have three or more years’ PAEe, candidates approaching this level will be considered

About You
The ideal candidate will have;

A strong background in Property Law or Property Finance

3+ PAE
-
Experience in Leasing, Transactions, Mortgages & Complex Conveyancing

Strong communication skills

Excellent drafting skills
