An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Leasing Paralegal to join a highly regarded national law firm in the Melbourne CBD. You will support senior legal practitioners on leasing matters for prominent property owners managing large and diverse portfolios.

As part of a fast-paced and collaborative team, you will play a central role in coordinating leasing transactions across a range of property types, including retail and commercial.

Key Duties

• Act as the central point of contact for leasing-related matters across multiple property portfolios
• Prepare documentation for new leases, extensions, variations and assignments
• Handle files, billing coordination and matter management tasks
• Manage critical dates, execution workflows and settlement processes
• Prepare client updates, reports and transaction summaries
• Maintain accurate portfolio data and lease records 

About You
 
You will have:

• Demonstrated experience as a Leasing Paralegal (essential)
• Knowledge of retail and commercial leasing processes 
• Ability to work confidently under minimal supervision
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
• Effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal
