Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Conveyancer with Queensland and/or South Australian experience to join a highly regarded commercial law firm.

Working closely with an experienced Property Partner, this role offers the opportunity to manage a broad range of conveyancing matters while utilising your interstate expertise within a supportive and flexible environment.
For the right candidate with strong jurisdictional experience, the firm is open to offering a high level of flexibility.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing a range of property matters, including:

• End-to-end management of conveyancing files from instruction through to settlement

• Managing Queensland and/or South Australian property transactions

• Contract preparation and review

• Property searches and title reviews

• Settlement coordination, including PEXA

• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders

• Ensuring compliance with relevant state legislation and requirements

About You

You will ideally have:

• Strong conveyancing experience within a legal or professional services environment

• Proven experience managing QLD and/or SA conveyancing matters

• Confidence handling files independently from instruction through to settlement

• Strong technical knowledge of interstate conveyancing requirements

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
