Rare opportunity to join the Legal Practitioner’s Liability Committee as an integral member of the Practice Risk Services Team on a 12 month contract.

The Opportunity

The Legal Practitioner’s Liability Committee (LPLC) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our busy Practice Risk Services team with daily operations on a Fixed term contract for 12 months.

Reporting to the Head of Practice Risk Services, you will be responsible for the preparation and formatting of documents, PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets (including presenting data via graphs), maintain current processes and procedures for electronic filing, as well as providing event management support.
This is an exciting and varied role, and the ideal candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of 2-5 years experience in a similar role
  • Be someone who demonstrates initiative, is willing to learn and can pick up new concepts quickly
  • Be pro-active, with attention to detail and well-developed time management skills
  • Have the ability to manage a busy workload, multi-task and prioritise
  • Demonstrate a willingness to continuously improve processes and performance
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Have strong MS Office 365 skills – particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with document management and event systems would be highly regarded.
